The breakfast available was tasty and gorgeous with view over the garden and fresh breads, for instance. The room was bright, reasonably spacious and complete with a great view, a big balcony, for example.

The double room was comfy with very clean beds. Thanks to the excellent staff everything was fine, including a great selection of good food. Its service was brilliant. The location was great riverside and perfect, by a tranquil river, in the fairly nice area. Also, Atlantis Adventure Park was 3 km away.

We had a such great time in this trendy boutique hotel in Bideford. The venue had a riverside position close enough to Appledore, the lovely beaches and the large garden area. It also was on the river bank. The food we tried was superb and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from.

All the employees were affable and amicable. It had a stunning and super location close enough to the coast and the river-magic. Also, it was 10 min drive from Clovelly Village.

We really loved views and cleanliness, this hotel had everything we need. Within a walking distance of Tarka Diner, where you can have lunch. A heating system, iPod dock and a clothes rack in our standard room were realy useful during our stay. The host upon arrival was FANTASTIC.
